Notary FAQ

What documents can be notarized?

I assist with a wide range of documents including affidavits, powers of attorney, and health care directives. As a Certified Loan Signing Agent, I also specialize in buyer/seller signings, refinances, and HELOCs.

What identification is required?

Each signer must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a Florida Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or Military ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the document.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Mobile appointments are required and can be requested via our online form, email, or phone. Appointments are currently opening upon completion of local business registration.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, select forms, or prepare legal documents. My role is to verify identity and ensure the proper execution of signatures.

Where do appointments take place?

As a mobile service, I travel to you. Appointments can be held at your home, office, hospital, senior community, or another convenient public business location in our service area.

What are your professional rates?

Professional rates are provided when the appointment details are confirmed. We offer competitive pricing for mobile services, inclusive of travel and document handling requirements.
